Our psychosocial health and safety approach investigates how macro-level conditions (job design, interpersonal relationships, job security, diversity, equity and inclusion, physical conditions) are embodied in the individual's inner world. The system affects the individual; we make this effect visible.

Our work in this area includes the systematic identification of psychosocial risk sources, the implementation of evidence-based preventive practices, and strengthening employees' access to effective support mechanisms.

Psychosocial processes are not static: they are continuously improved through regular assessments, feedback loops, and current research. Because a work culture that prioritizes psychosocial health is the most lasting guarantee of safety.
