Gold Carbon Certificate
The Kandil Dam and HEPP, which we commissioned in 2013, is located in Kahramanmaraş. The project, which has a concrete-faced rockfill dam structure, has a total installed capacity of 208 MW, with 2 Francis type and one 4.7 MW environmental flow turbines, each with a capacity of 101.6 MW. The project has an annual energy generation capacity of 589 GWh with its 14.5 km2 reservoir. The project was granted the "Carbon Gold Certificate" by The Gold Standard Foundation.
