Financial Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for yearly planning and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans,
- Performing financial and operational analysis in budgets and forecasts by preparing sensitivity, variance, and bridge analysis,
- Preparing analyzes and presentations for Ad-Hoc requests,
- Communicating with all departments in analyzing their budget targets,
- Communicating with all departments in analyzing their budget targets,
- Supporting monthly reporting activities and checking accuracy of financial data,
- Taking active role in implementation and development of financial planning systems,
- Taking active role in digitalization of budget and planning processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or any related field,
- Preferably 4-5 years of experience in finance related positions (having experience in budget and planning is a plus),
- Having experience in one of planning systems (BPC, TM1, EPM) and/or Power BI is an asset,
- Business modeling experience is an asset,
- Previously worked with big data sets and the ability to present the data efficiently to support business decisions - would be preferred,
- Result oriented and initiative taker with positive “can do” attitude,
- Being a team player with good organizational and strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong analytical thinking together with pro-active business planning,
- Well knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP accounting,
- Advanced MS Office knowledge is a must and preferably knowing SAP is an advantage,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
